If you subscribe for our email newsletter, we only use your data for purpose of emailing. Your data will not be sold or shared with anyone else. Generally we email 1-2 times a month.

We do! You can book either 30 or 60 minute Zoom chats with Craig Priestley who can offer help with any area of self publishing. This is ideal if you'd like advice on your work, help with advertising, setting up books or just an experienced second pair of eyes!

Amazon and other book publishers often have multiple conditions to adhere to, so make sure you've read them before uploading as they can be a little complicated.

To begin with, once we've received all information we will send 3 concepts. These concepts will be slightly rougher designs, but include hero imagery, fonts, colors, etc. What these will do is allow you to choose your favourite, but also give us feedback as to what you'd like to change from that concept. We find this is a great way to give people choice, instead of being stuck with one single design.

Sure! When you fill in the information form after purchase, just add a link in the 'anything else' section. Or send us an email with links to it from the contact form. A quick note that as we didn't source the content that you're providing, we can't be held responsible for any usage or rights issues. So, please make sure you are allowed to use the images/fonts/etc before supplying to us.

Yes, of course! All fonts are purchased from Creative Fabrica, which includes commercially approved rights. And all of our images are a mix of royalty-free or purchased from stock websites, custom design and AI generated. With AI generated we have a premium subscription to Midjourney which assigns full rights for use, and we ensure that the output does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks.

For our pre-made covers you shouldn't need any revisions, but if you want anything tweaking after delivery just let us know! For our custom covers we offer 2 rounds of revisions after we deliver you 3 initial concepts!

Due to the nature of the design work, all sales are final and refunds aren't available. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your book cover!

Premade covers are generally very quick as it's mostly updating the text and delivering the final files. Custom made covers take a little longer to make as they're made completely from scratch. The initial concepts may take around 7-14 days , and then it depends on the types of revisions once we've delivered the first single ebook design. So please allow 2-4 weeks in total, but we will do our best to deliver quicker where possible. If you have a deadline, just let us know in the notes and we'll do our very best to work to that.
